SUMMER is here and what better way to kick-off these hot amazing months than with a healthy, delicious, nourishing, and easy recipe that will keep you cool and refreshed! Peanut Butter Banana Protein Nice Cream will do all of that and MORE!

I have teamed up with Biochem this month to educate you on this product line; inform you of the health benefits of adding a plant protein into your lifestyle; and to give you a fun and unique way to use this protein powder.

Biochem Plant Protein Powders:

  • Include fermented, highly-sustainable and clean-sourced protein ingredients;

  • Grown from 3 unique plant sources and include 20G of sustainable protein per serving;

  • Non-GMO tested and include DNA verified botanicals!

If you have been following my journey for a while, you know that I am VERY picky when it comes to protein powders. I have tried them all and I now know what works for my body. These days minimal ingredients and plant proteins just work for my gut. Biochem offers LOTS of other options, so make sure to click HERE to see all the other products that they offer.

Including protein powders into your lifestyle is an easy way to get those nutrients that your body needs. For me personally, I need LOTS of protein, especially with all the training that I do. I train hard. I sweat a ton. And I push my body...whether it is running, spinning, or yoga, I love to move and to sweat, but I NEED to replenish my body with all the goods.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 T Biochem Plant Protein Mood Vanilla Flavor (Includes ingredients known to diminish tension, stress and tiredness, helping to support a positive mood)

  • 4x cups of frozen banana slices

  • ¼ cup of nut butter of choice

  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • Toppings: Chocolate Chips + More Nut Butter

Place Biochem Plant Protein Mood Vanilla Flavor frozen banana slices, peanut butter, and unsweetened almond milk into a blender.

  1. Blend on high until a smooth consistency has formed. If the consistency is too thick, you can always adds some more almond milk.

  2. Add in mini chocolate chips and pulse to combine.

  3. Serve with more chocolate chips and a drizzle of peanut butter. You can eat the nice cream immediately, which will have the consistency of soft-serve or you can put it into the freezer for more of an ice cream texture. I recommend eating it immediately!
