I’m bACK! The mermaid has landed on the island and she is ready to soak up everything that Nantucket has to offer. I can already feel the island’s energy inspiring me to do ALL THE THINGS, so I am just going to go with it and soak up this time here with my Mom and friends. There will be lots of food, wine, walking, running, and probably photo dumps of hydrangeas and Nantucket cars, so I hope you will enjoy this time with me and feel all the summer love.



In other news…I have been working on a few things over the past couple of months and by next week, they should be ready to unveil, and I am beyond excited about that, so stay tuned and make sure that you are following along. It is exciting, beautiful, and inspiring! So while I wait patiently for this to unfold, I want to just chat about some things that I have been working on as well, that you will start to see more of, for the rest of the summer….

HUSTLE SMOOTHIE BAR

My favorite place to go post-workout! It is close to The Works, the gym, and the beach when I go on a long run, and it is super close to our home, so it is kind of a no brainer when I need to refuel. I love this little local nook. It has EVERYTHING I need…My favorites are the smoothies, overnight oats, and their containers of chicken salad.

It is so damn good and I love the way I feel after eating it. Real food…Real ingredients…Real nourishing food to replenish my muscles. And you can pick up Blender Bombs there too, to bring home and make some delicious nourishing recipes.

WORKOUT VIDEOS

I deviated from posting workout videos over the past couple of months. It’s not an excuse, but the wedding kind of had me a little distracted. But, I PROMISE that it will become a regular thing. I am actually posting one tomorrow on Instagram, so make sure you are following me there, to stay in the loop, get inspired, do the work, and build a strong, healthy, happy body.

Over the next couple of weeks, you will be seeing functional workouts and exercises that can be done anywhere, require minimal equipment, and will help improve your strength, endurance, and core. I’m ALL about workouts that do ALL THE THINGS, so come join the party and let’s have some fun!

Taking more videos of my recipes is awkward for me, but I’m working on stepping outside of my comfort zone and trying new things, because people are always asking me about what I eat. My recipes are really basic, easy, but they are also the meals that fuel my lifestyle, so you are going to see lots of protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates. It is a balance of all the good stuff that helps keep my body strong, my gut healthy, my skin shining, and me happy…Good Mood Food!

I will be on island for a bit, so I hope there will be lots of hydrangeas, good food, time with friends, lots of quality time with my Mom, and just me living that mermaid life that I love so much!
