Simple Salmon Supper

I am keeping this week’s blog post nice and simple, because the past two weeks have been kind of a doozie. My Life Coach, Daune, posted this post earlier this week on Instagram and it really resonated with me.  She is pretty amazing and you can learn more about what is going on right now in the universe if you are interested in that kind of stuff and want to geek out, then I recommend you go HERE!

2020 is definitely not simple right now, but you know what is simple, easy, and will make you feel GOOD?

This simple salmon supper...GIVE ME ALL THE SALMON! It is so funny that as a kid, I absolutely despised salmon, but now I could seriously eat it every day of the week. Right now, my favorite place to get it is at Trader Joe’s. This filet is a “Fresh Atlantic Salmon” with the skin and cost me $7.99. And YES I ate that whole piece and always the skin too. YES and PLEASE! It is the best deal in town and after trying salmon in all the other stores around me, this one is by far my favorite.

The best part of this redonkulous easy healthy dinner...Is that it is ready in less than 30 minutes and it is all prepped in the air fryer...A great meal for a busy night week when you just have no energy or no clue what to make. I make so many meals in my air fryer and I LOVE it!

Check out the recipe and let me know if you have any questions!!! ENJOY!!!

  1. Line your air fryer with Reynold's Wrap;

  3. Place the salmon in the air fryerand give the fillet another spray of canola oil and then top with DAK'S Spices KABOOM;
  4. Turn the air fryer on for 25 minutes at 380 degrees and let it do its thing;
  5. Meanwhile, wash, cut the stems off the broccolini and throw it in the microwave for two minutes;
  6. With ten minutes left, add the broccolini to the air fryer if you want your greens a little crispy. Add more spices to your liking;
  7. Take everything out of the air fryerand plate it up;
  8. Add some hot sauce, butter, whatever YOU fancy!
  9. ENJOY!

Notes:

*Remember that all air fryers are different. It took me a little bit of experimenting to see what temperature and time worked best to get the texture that I personally like! **You could use any spice, but I like to always bring the heat. DAK'S Blackened, Asian Zing, Original Red, Green Zest... ***I like my salmon plain, as I just enjoy all the natural flavors, but if you want to add olive oil or butter, just do YOU!

As you can see, I clearly enjoyed it…Clean Plate Club right HERE!
