February WORKOUTS

Let’s talk about WORKOUTS as we welcome the last week of February!

I am so happy to be BACK sharing workouts with y’all! I am loving being in front of the camera, creating, and inspiring all of you to live a healthy and active lifestyle. It is a work in progress for these videos, but it is happening and they are being put out into the universe and that is what matters.

For the first time in a REALLY long time, I look at myself and say DAMN I look strong AF, happy, and healthy. It is such an incredible feeling and it made me happy and it inspired me to KEEP GOING…KEEP PUSHING…KEEP STEPPING OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE!

In the past year of healing from ED and going through surgery, my body has been really out of whack. I have felt swollen, uncomfortable, stressed, emotional, and sometimes even like I didn’t have control as to what my body was doing.

What my body WAS doing…was HEALING!

There is still work to be done, but the work that I have put in…the rest and grace that I have given my body…the love…the movement…the food…it is ALL coming together. I can’t believe I am saying this, but I am and it is only going to keep getting BETTER!

I’m BACK and I’m not going away.

  • Lifting heavy…

  • Doing simple, but challenging workouts…

  • Incorporating yoga and sculpting…

  • I want to keep doing it all and keep sharing with you!

This month we focused on the BASICS! These workouts can be done anywhere…They require affordable equipment…They are versatile…They help strengthen, they improve your balance, they target the entire body, and they always leave you feeling stronger, energized, and happier once complete.

And then there are these reasons too…

I think it is important to go back to the basics not just with fitness, but also with food, and enjoying life. Society has become so complicated and noisy and quite frankly it is exhausting. I believe that going back to basics helps us form a solid foundation that sets us up for success.

I do almost all of these moves weekly. The only thing that changes is the weight or repetitions. Keep it simple and see the changes…Trust me! So here are THREE workouts to save and try out.

WORKOUT #3

*TIPS* Make sure to focus on the movement and not the speed. Slow and steady wins the race. Remember to breathe…always exhale when going against gravity. Listen to your body and do what feels RIGHT!

Thanks for following along with me on this journey and I hope you are excited for more fitness, yoga, running, and getting stronger every damn day with me!

xoxo
